Nutrition OMG!

Have you heard of GI (as in Glycemic Index)? If yes, did you know that adding protein to high GI foods cuts their GI value by a ton? Try topping baked potato with cheese, or top your bagel with cream cheese and/or salmon. Better yet, step away from the bagel!
