Although training is not for everyone, it is extremely beneficial for most people, if one finds the right person with whom to train.
The benefits and value that can be gained by hiring a professional will stay with you forever and it is all an investment in your future LIFE. The length, quality and happiness of your future, literally, can be resting on your physical fitness habits and routines and your mentality towards those. It is NOT to be discounted or dismissed. I have said it before and I'll tell you again, it had pretty much saved my life and had made me much much stronger, not just physically but mentally too. It is not to be discounted...
So while personal training is expensive and sometimes unproductive (if you are not honest with yourself or happen to hire the wrong trainer), yet it can completely redirect your future. It is not a sales pitch, you know by now how I preach about regular exercise - let's go down the list again!
Its benefits range (and I'm sure I won't be able to think of all) from:
1. Heightened self esteem (and who doesn't need that, honestly?)
2. Improved self image - confidence

4. More balanced mood with a positive tilt

10. Balance - stability - self reliance at older age
