I give you 3 easy ways to drop a pound of fat, which, by the way, is equal to about 3500 Calories. So you must take away (lose) those 3500 calories. You can, 1. eat less, 2. burn more (run, work out), or 3. eat a little less and work out a lot more.
You cannot, however, take a pill and get cut up by a surgeon and expect great results. Everything has side effects, even exercise. I, for instance, have cut down majorly on make up and wardrobe expenses (since I sweat a lot). But I still like to look in the mirror...
Find your fit, start exercising. Today, literally, there are hundreds of ways you can move your body to use up energy and become fitter, stronger, leaner and happier. So there's no excuse!
